She Did It!

Congratulations on catching your first fish Evalyn!

Go Fish!

Even though our days have been cold...and snowy,
Evalyn has been asking us all winter to go fishing.

So, despite the weather, we went.

She did pretty well.

SMILE!!

Aren't they great?!

And so he doesn't feel left out...

Yellowstone

Welcome to the first trip of this season to our favorite weekend getaway,
YELLOWSTONE!

We were able to spend the day with Oma, Uncle Sammy, Daddy, Evalyn, Reuben, and Me. Everyone had a really great time.

We went on a long"ish" hike and Evalyn did really great,
with some help from Daddy towards the end.

Slow pokes in the back, Uncle Sammy and Kurt, front and center.

We drove from West Yellowstone to the North Entrance of the park.
This arch was built in the late 1800's when the public first
began horse and carriage rides to view Old Faithful.

Here are some of the cooler animals we saw on our drive.

And the Big Bad Wolf, according to Evalyn.
